Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining new and old customer resources, maintaining good communication and communication with customers and project operators;

2. Responsible for coordinating and arranging the customer's order items (including multilingual translation, review, DTP typesetting, multimedia manual writing/development, and customized development of language-related IT projects), and assigning them to appropriate personnel for processing;

3. Project management experience in the localization industry, familiar with translation business knowledge and customer maintenance skills;

4. Proficient in the company's quotation system and work process, can independently communicate customer needs, quotations, payment methods, provide customers with the most targeted translation product service programs, and sign contracts;

5. Proficient in CAT tools (such as Trados, Memoq, Memsource, Across etc.);

6. Standardize the translation operation process, skillfully and comprehensively apply translation assistance software and DTP software to import and export data, and accurately and completely organize the customer's translation memory and termbase;

7. Control the project process and time node; Inspection (QA) of submitted works to ensure compliance with client requirements and on time delivery;

8. Strong execution ability, strong communication ability, and actively coordinate the relationship with various departments;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, with two specializations or CATTI. Other language expertise is preferred;

2. Experience in the relevant translation and localization industry is preferred, proficient in the operation of common office software, project management and related tools, such as Trados, Memoq, Memsource, Across, etc.;

3. Excellent internal and external coordination, coordination and communication skills, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and have strong information search, analysis and integration skills;

4. Flexible mind, methodical, patient and meticulous.
