Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning of the translation project documents undertaken by the company;
2. Responsible for communicating with the business manager about the project submission time, project requirements, etc., and clarifying the project requirements;
3. Responsible for coordinating the company's internal and external translators, reviewers and other resources, clarifying the translation quality requirements, and coordinating the arrangement of translation projects;

4. Responsible for matching the translation resources that meet the needs of customers, arranging translator testing, communicating with translators to determine specific work details, signing contracts with translators and other processes;
5. Monitor the implementation of the project, control the progress, control the quality of translation, control the cost of the project, ensure the quality and quantity and complete the project delivery on time;
6. Solve the feedback of customers or translators;
7. Count the workload of the translators and cooperate with the financial arrangement to pay the fee;

8. Complete the project summary and backup.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a good foundation in English;
2. Skilled use of Office office software, good computer operation level is preferred;
3. Experience in desktop publishing is preferred;
4. Have good organizational coordination or overall planning ability;
5. Experience in the translation industry and localization industry of foreign enterprises is preferred;
6. Have good professional ethics and professionalism, and be self-motivated.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
