Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the translation industry or have experience in translation companies;

2. Full-time or part-time translator in Chinese and English is preferred;

3. Use the Internet and various social platforms to find native-speaking translators from various countries, test the level of translation, and sign a cooperation agreement after negotiating the price;

4. Train translators, regularly update and maintain the cooperative relationship with translators;

5. Use various methods and strategies to find new translator development platforms, and deeply analyze the source channels and characteristics of translators;

6. Proficient in using Office office software, and have a fast learning ability for various new software.

Qualifications:

1. Education: bachelor degree or above

2. Major: language major, translation major, English major, etc

3. Work carefully and meticulously, think quickly, and have good communication skills and psychological quality.

3. Love and be able to engage in language and writing work for a long time, and be good at dealing with people from different countries and different cultural backgrounds.
