Job Description:

1. According to the needs of the company's translation business, the use of network communication tools and search platform to develop translation talents in various languages and fields around the world.

2. Do a good job in the development, reserve and management of translation talents, and provide resources and technical support for the company's sales and project department in a timely and effective manner.

3. Develop excellent resources (including but not limited to the development, review, testing of translation talents, sign contracts with them after negotiation, and deal with payment-related matters), continue to find the most cost-effective freelancers, effectively reduce resource costs, and continuously expand the company's translation resource database.

4. Manage the resources of the translator database, including but not limited to information integration, translator rating evaluation, etc.

5. Provide full support for the company's translation business, ensure high-quality and time-sensitive service sales and project managers, including but not limited to the development of translation resources, quotations in various languages, etc.

Qualifications:

1. At least three years of experience in localization translation project management, with a variety of resource development channels;

2. CET-6 or above, with excellent Chinese and English communication skills and negotiation skills;

3. Proficient in the use of various office software, with excellent network retrieval capabilities
